My eleven year old brother has mesenteric lymph nodes swell ,they are there from last 12 days. We started treatment 3 days back. Medicine consists 1. Negox Oz 500 mg tab, Albendazole for deworming ,lanzol empty stomach and ibugesic plus for fever SOS, he had fever and fatigue for one or two days. Now the temperature is normal. He doesn't have any symptoms now. But I think the mesenteric lymph nodes are still there. How long will it take for them to come down?

There are causes other than infection due to which mesenteric lymph nodes swell. If they are due to infection they will come down with the above treatment. If not you need to rule out other causes.
