I am 25 years old, trying to conceive on ovulation induction program from last 4 months (Engamet for 5 days, 1 Fsh injection on 3rd day, 1 Fsh Injection of 6th day, then HCG injection after follicular scan on 11th day (4 follicle all sizes>20). From 16th day progynova and Dupastoh tablet. My AMH is low as 1 and my HSG (tubal patency) report is also good. My husband semen result is also good. Still I am not able to conceive from last 3 months. What could be exact issue?

Your AMH (1) is quite low. This suggests poor ovarian reserve where the quality of eggs might not be good. You might have to consider IVF in such a case.
