Vaginal exposure with a call girl 02 months ago. I have done RNA PCR quantitative on 12th day and 22nd day of exposure. P24 combo test every weeks. HBsAG on 7th week. Anti-HCV on 8th week. VDRL and TPHA on 7th week. All tests became negative. I have asked some questions on Lybrate earlier. Doctors on Lybrate helped me a lot. After this incident, I came to know that Doctors are the second name of God on this Earth. They are here to save humanity. Thank you from deep of my heart. Here are my some questions regarding my exposure :- 1. Are my tests regarding HIV 1&2 conclusive. I am chain smoker for 8 years. My life style was not good. I think my immunity will not be very good due to life style and smoking. Is there any chance that anyone with low immunity will produce antibody late. 2. Is negative HBsAG is conclusive on 7th week. 3. Negative Anti-HCV on 8th week is conclusive or not. 4. I hv also done VDRL & TPHA on 7th week. Result came negative. Please help me in this regard as every doctor hs different views whoever I met. Your view is most appreciated. Regards.

Yes the tests you have done are almost conclusive. And you may not have hiv. But the negative test for syphilisand gonorrhea doesn't always mean you are normal. My suggestion is to take homoeopathic treatment if you have any symptoms.

Nothing is conclusive. It is better you check HIV, HBsAg, hcv and VDRL at 90 days. Smoking will not impact test results. You should also take HBV vaccines. It is advisable that you take a private consult with audio video chat and then I can guide you properly and explain what needs to be done and when and where.
