I am 65 years male my uric acid is 7 mg/dl no gout problem is it serious do I need any medication.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Many people do have high level of uric acid, that need not always lead to gout or joint problems. By reducing the intake of foods with high purines like red meat, organ meat, certain sea foods one can reduce the uric acid level. Thanks.
