Good afternoon I have lost 10 kg. Weight during last 8 months. Sugar test normal. Thyroid test normal. HIV negative. ESR-10, HB.-15. Recently endoscopy was done. Report is- erythematous gastritis of stomach. I want to know the following: Medicines prescribed:- Pantoprazole 40 mg. Sucralfate 10 ml/1gm (3 times). How much long time treatment required for stomach gastritis. What are any serious side effects of above medicines. 2. Can I do push-ups/bhujang assan with above problem. These exercise are safe or not. What exercise is beneficial to me.

take medicine as advised. no side effects . no exercise at present go for walk for 30 mts and do deep breathing for 5 mts
