Past six months, I am suffering from fissures. Initially, I have taken ayurvedic medicines but pain was increasing. Then I went to a surgical, who had given medicines and said if these medicine works you don't need a surgery. Those medicines were effective. I got relief in some days. Since then it get relief in few days then again problem. I shifted to homeopathy medicine then. Made many changes in my eating habits. Taking isabgul. In few days I got relief. But few days back during after my menstrual period again I started feeling constipated. It started bleeding and paining again. I am taking bio combination 17, which is a homeopathy medicine, also isabgul at bed time. I also suffered twice during this period from urine infection. Kindly suggest effective treatment for complete relief.
