58 years old hypertensive is on (concor5 mg od) n diabetic patient. She is having cough with sputum from 5-6 days having chest congestion not associated with fever. Blood in sputum is on/off. She is on Tablet cefixime 200 mg and azithromycin250 mg bd Tab montelukast10 mg and levocetirizine e5 mg hs Tab pcm od Syp grilinctus 1-1-1 Nebulised with budecort and duolin bd Is she is Receiving correct treatment.

No Sorry to say that she's overmedicated Receiving 2 types of anti allergic drugs 2 types of heavy antibiotics Nebulizer to use steroids Are you sure that a doctor is treating her and not a Jholachaaps? These guys hit the patients from all ends with heavy medicines, hoping that some medicine will work Get the person checked-in a teaching hospital with good doctors around.
