Hi. I do have some medical tests from thyrocare through which I get to know that my SGPT is 68. How much dangerous it is. And what is the best way to recover it.

Hey lybrate-user, Thats nothing serious. Normal level is upto 60IU/L. Its just in the high normal level. If you are an alcoholic just reduce the intake and frequency of intake. Things will get better. If you have any doubts feel free to contact me. Wish you good health!
