Hi, Fibroscan report is 21 Kpa and in UGI endoscopy isolated gastric varices type 1 is found. Patient (female 53 years) is obese, non reactive for hep B and hep C, non alcoholic. What is the prognosis? There is vomiting of blood, no malena. Is it reversible?
