Alopecia aerta is autoimmune condition in which nutrient. Also play important role. Food which should be avoided. Are. Milk or dairy products, acidic food, sugary or carb diet, oily or fatty food, high refined food or bekary products, and animal meat ahuould be avoided. And food which is to be taken. Are green leafy vegetables, soy product s, whole grains, nuts, and vitamin b rich food, tomatoes, nuts, soymilk, alive oil made food, flaxseed oil made food etc.
