Any breached skin (Exposed Mucosae) can transmit HIV. If HIV infected blood may exposed to Mouth and Nose and if there is no any cut or wound, HIV can not be spread. HIV can stay max 8 Min in AIR in ideal conditions. If Pimples are damaged one and oozing, we can not be sure that virus may not spread.
