Nasal blockage very very frequent, doctor has asked not to use otrivin, instead gave solvin tablet for few days, dose is complete but no relief. When I use saline spray or jal neti, it gives relief for 5 mins, but then back how it was, need some urgent guidance on what I should do. Did ct scan, bilateral maxillary sinusitis, but doctor says everything is fine, what should I do.
