Dear Sir, I am 55 years old. Due to Varicose veins one of my legs has become more thick. I have got sclerotherapy of this leg 2 times. Pl suggest me something more beneficial for getting relief from varicose.

Hi, To comment on the detail management one would need to examine the veins with regards to what extent and how deep these veins are involved. As you have already undergone sclerotherapy twice indicates that it is a recurrent one and would need more extensive treatment which ranges from laser to open surgery. Kindly contact a nearest vascular surgeon for further management. For temporary relief, elastocrepe bandage and pain killers would suffice. If the leg is painful, kindly go to the doctor IMMEDIATELY.
