I have lump in my breast and I went through ultrasound. They told its benign cyst. It never pains but this time (during my menstrual) from past 2 days its paining. Not very severe but there is continuous pain specially when touching the area. Is there a way to dissolve these cyst and get relief from pain. Please suggest.
