My wife is not ready daily she feel tired and she want within a week one time and discharge within a minute when she does and she have very loose after baby, I seen many types of searches like o shot hymenoplasty, vaginoplast femilift testoremone etc they costly and not sure effective please suggest me.

There are few kiegel exercises, intra vaginal creams, laser therapy, injection therapy and surgical vaginoplasty to name a few.
