Hi Lybrate user, you should reduce the amount of tomatoes. Since now there is no theory that showed the increase in uric acid while consuming tomatoes, but some persons have reported that their uric acid levels are increased due to high consumption of tomatoes. So reduce the amount thats it. Avoid Meat (chicken, beef, duck, turkey, etc.) Cured meat Any type of food containing meat (broth, soup.) Seafood Blue fish (tuna, salmon, cod, sardines, etc.) Legumes Vegetables such as asparagus, cauliflower, cucumber or spinach Alcohol Add onion apple whole meal carbs.
