I and my boyfriend practised sex for the first time on 15th may and I had ipill within 2 days later I had my period but for 1 or 2 days with very less blood flow now I have been suffering from severe stomach pain and nausea with back pain as well are these symptoms of pregnancy? Which I cannot share with my parents Do I need to worry about it?
