I have migraine I use vasograin tablet but still I get neck pain what is the best medicine or exercise for it.

Dear user, There is no cure for migraine. Medicines are given to prevent the attacks of migraine. There are 4 to 5 medicines which are available. All are having equal efficacy ; but we choose the medicine according to patients.
