Thanks doctor for your precaution. Actually what happened is may be my wife got conceived and didn't get the period of this month. We are not planning for baby so she took tablet for getting period for 2 days continuously but she is having period pains but not the actual release .she is suffering from fever ,headache ,body pain Now how to confirm that she is pregnant? And this is the reason why she missed her period this month.
