Hi, male sexual process goes through 4 stages. Penultimate stage is orgasm which is nothing but ejaculation followed by resolution. Identify the stage or time point before orgasm as you would get an excitement and urge to ejaculate before attaining orgasm. U need to stop stimulating your genital organs at that point. Simultaneously think of something neutral not related to your sexual arousal. It will help in bringing down your excitement and sustain the act. It requires repeated training and sometimes stop and squeeze technique helps.
