I am 30 years old ,I have had High uric acid from last 1 and half years, but now I have gout in both my heel from last 1 years ,I have used uric acid medicine but didn't get relief, I am suffering from severe pain in my heel shoe that I am unable to work in my daily routine.kindly suggest me what should I do now?

Heel pain is not due to high uric acid it may be due to calcaneal spur or osteoporosis (common causes). Get your seum vit. D and X-ray of heels. Use soft soled footwears.
