I am 31 and my wife is 29. We are trying for baby but not successful. My wife follicle analysis endometrium 7.4 mm triple layer at day 10 and 8.7 at day 16. Largest follicle in right overy is 13.5 at day 10 and 15.4 at day 16. Largest follicle in left overy is 14 at day 10 and 16 at day 16. No free fluid detected in sonography. These result after getting advice of oral medicine from doctor. Is it possible to get pregnant naturally?
