Hi Sir, I completed 40 days successful after circumcision surgery as on today. Wound has healed. But paining near the stitches removed portion. Can I have sex. Any precautions to be taken. Penis front ball is feeling high sensation when it touches clothes or hand. Tips please.

Hi circumscision usually causes the (glans) penile head to dry up due to lack of normal moisture produced by the (perpuce) skin that was removed in surgery, this dryness makes it sensitive when it comes into contact with clothing, so just apply some moisturiser like alovera gel, vasiline,or coconut oil. You can have normal sexual activity. So nothing big to worry about just leave a positive comment if helpful.
