I have had the daily pill for 7 months in the past and then stopped having it since I wasn't sexually active anymore. Its been around 6 months since I stopped. Now however I am sexually active again and want to start the pill. I had unprotected sex yesterday and he came into me after which I took a emergency pill. I'm on the 14th day of my cycle. I have a regular cycle of around 28 days. My next period is projected to start on 21st July. Can I start my pill today? If I do then will I get my periods on/around 21st? Shall I wait for my periods to start the pill? I'm going to be sexually active and condoms is not something that me or my partner would prefer. Please advice.
