I am observing a lot of health issues in pregnancy due to giving more birth than her capacity. My question is why condom use is less popular in rural areas?

Because of lack of contraception education people don't use condoms in rural areas. Moreover government does not provide condoms for free anymore. Even if they are available for a low cost, people don't buy and feel shy to ask for condoms in a shop. Every one knows each other in rural areas due to less population. Also males are reluctant to use condoms in a survey since they are not getting a feel of sex with a condom.
