My lips corners have cracked and swelling on lips too since March. Also tongue remains white. I went to the dermatologist and she says it's oral Candidiasis and prescribed fluconazole for oral consumption, clotrimazole cream to apply on lips and B complex tabs but nothing helped me so far.
