Abdominal lymph nodes can be a sign f Koch's * The duration of drugs to be taken is 9 months usually * The fever will take a week or two to reduce once the treatment is started *Serum ADA activity with high specificity percentage may be a useful alternative test in restricted resource areas to rule out diagnosis of PTB. However, serum ADA activity is not a useful tool for TB diagnosis. * The active bacilli may be hiding in deeper tissues and the diagnosis with the findings you said is Koch's and need to be treated completely.
