Hello Sir, I have been taking treatment from a psychiatrist but prescribed medicine is not working prescribed med ZOSERT 50/100 with DIVAA OD 500 quatan 25 problem facing mental fatigue all the time, irritating mood lack of desire for any work and dementia is the main problem. Please help me.c

Dear Sir, I am sorry that you are suffering so much. Non response to treatment in Depr can occur due to a number of factors, like vitamin deficiency and thyroid abnormality, so please get your blood test done for these of not done already. If there is any ongoing psychological stressor, please discuss with your doctor and devise a way to deal with it. Exercise, yoga, engaging yourself in hobby will help.
