Most of the time diabetes in initial 5 to 10 years has no symptoms. Only by FBS can Diagnose it. High blood pressure is totally Asmptomatic before any complications. Once a year you must check this two. Low blood pressure is not serious condition than high blood pressure in normal working people. Simply in your case don't worry about low BP.
