Hello, The area near my parotid duct is swelling. The area of cheek near upper 2nd molar teeth. It is red in centre and white swelling around it. It is not more swelling just look like a small lump of 1 cm and in centre I can see 1 little hole. It is in the both side of cheek. But left is more swollen. Also my upper molar teeth have much tarter and plague.
