Hello, Please get tumour markers done to rule out ovarian cancer, which is actually rare at your age but suspicion remains with usg findings. If markers are normal, then likelihood of a hemorrhagic cyst which if asymptomatic presently can be resolved with a course of oc pills for 2 months.
