I had a hairline crack on my left wrist about six weeks back. I had a plaster for four weeks. After removal of plaster, I was advised some physiotherapy exercises. I have done for two weeks. Now the movement of wrist is alright. However early in the morning I get some cranks on the left middle finger. It pains while trying to bend at knuckle. After about 30 min of movements it becomes alright. What can be the cause and remedial action?

There might have been swelling in the ligaments which is giving rise to symptoms.
