I have constipation from 4-5 months but not much pain in stomach, no vomiting, I feel urgency to urinate and little achy feeling in my sex organ, also pain in exit area (anus) but dizziness. Sometimes I feel extreme dizziness. My eyesight is right but I feel sleepy when I read something. What do you think my dizziness and fatigue is due to constipation or migraine issue. Why I have constipation but no vomiting, stomach pain or headache?
