I am 27 years old and I am suffering with severe stomach ache from yesterday. Day before yesterday, I had dosa and ice cream. Could it be because of that? I was on pan 40 and lomotil. Any other medication to follow?

No outside food no dairy products Diary is garbage ,Good for baby cows and not for humans. Surprised .It is true drs in India do not know nutrition that is why there is an epidemic of all diseases they medicate instead of educating people.
