I have a problem with sleeping. Whenever I close my eyes to sleep my mind starts imagining those things which are nowhere connected to me. And as soon as I see it I feel scared and open my eyes. This problem is really annoying because I have an urge to sleep but whenever I close my eyes this starts happening. Also I have a fear of darkness and this problem persists even when I try to sleep when the lights are switched on.
