Prostrate problem with residual urine output of 100 cc with prostate weight of 33 gram. Which medicine is safe and effective as I have to undergo surgery for hydrocele next month. I am taking Espin2. 5 for hypertension and also rosuvastatin CALCIUM IP equivalent to rosuvastatin 10 mg. Can hydrocele be treated with medicines.
