My wife is 7 week pregnant and her thyroid level is T3 - 171.20 ng/dl, T4 - 11. 98ug/dl and TSH 2.73ulU/ml, Do she need to take medicine for thyroid and do any more test.

Hello, Thanks for the query. All the thyroid hormones and TSH are within expected limits. There is no reason to take any medication. But please observe the levels again after 4 weeks, if TSH goes increases then she may need thyroxine supplement. Thanks.
