Hi Sir, I went to doctor & they just me trus ultrasound I that report they mention that: evidence of a fistulous track along the posterior aspect of that anal canal. Its internal opening is around 6'clock position at the level of the anal valve. It is extending caudally in the intersphincteric space and is passing through the intersphincteric groove in 6'0 clock position towards the external opening along the posterior aspect of the anal canal. This the report after this report Dr. suggest me for small operation so what I do.
