I am male and 29 years of age. I have been suffering from migraine since last 5 years. I always have a very heavy head. It's been long time I had a very sound sleep and woke up actively. I took consultation from few experienced neurologists. But still the problem seem to be unresolved. At times the pain is so severe that it's difficult to explain. Also, being a IT professional my constant exposure to laptop screen adds to the problem. Now please suggest me to get rid of this problem. Is there any any permanent solution in allopathy, homeopathy or ayurveda. Please suggest.

Hi. Medicines will treat you but doesnot cure the disease. It’s life style changes that helps to get rid of the disease or at least decreases the frequency of headaches. Avoid skipping food, maintain proper timings. Drink plenty of water. Have 8 hours of sound sleep per day. Avoid Chinese and coffee if possible. Wear goggles when going in sunlight. U can take 3-6 months course of tab. Sibelium 5 mg once a day and tab. Amitone 10 mg half tablet after dinner. For acute severe episodes use Naxdom 500 mg on sos basis.
