I am 26 year old male. I need to pee immediately after masturbating every time. If I don't do so it feels like burning sensation in my penis. I am afraid that I will cause big problem after I am married. This problem is not new. It is from 7-8 years. I took it casually and I never told anyone due to shame.

Trauma, persistent erection (priapism), cancers, and Peyronie's disease (the development of scar tissue within the penis) are other causes. Hello- hey, it's not at all unusual to have a burning sensation with urination immediately or shortly after ejaculation - especially if you ejaculated more than once. It usually just means that the urethra is irritated by the force of those ejaculations. It also leads to the desire to urinate.
