I just got complex cyst in my right ovary size 37*32 mm. I just wanted to know is it dangerous or what should I do. I just got scanned today and come to know about it. Pls advise.

It would have been better if you had to mention your age. Complex ovarian cyst might be because of non-cancerous condition like endometriosis etc. But since it is complex you need to rule out cancer. Visit your doctor and they will further investigate you depending on your history your family history etc. They will advice you a do tumor maker called CA 125, and a CT scan or a MRI.
