I am getting pain in left breast from one month. I have consulted oncologist. He said nothing to worry. In ultrasound scanning report I got mild duct ectasia is present. Oncologist not prescribed any medicine. But I have visited another doctor he suggested me code soft epo tablet. What should I use. I'm very much worried about my pain. Please give reply.

Duct ectasia is dilatation of the duct which usually leads to greenish coloured discharge from the nipple. It usually resolves on its own and does not require treatment. If fibrocystic changes on ultrasound then some prescribe code soft or Primosa (1 -3 g per day preferred) as first line therapy. Feel free to contact me directly if you want to discuss this further.
