When my follicle became 18.9*19.7 mm on 13th day and doctor suggested to take HCG 5000 injection on the same day. Then we had intercourse for 2 days again on 15th day I went for follicular scan. They observed that left and right ovaries having size of 7.5*10.3 mm and 5*5.3 mm. ET: 9.7 mm.Doc said dominant follicle ruptured and ovulation happened and irregular outline found. But no free fluid in pod. They mentioned Triloriuor pattern. She gave me progesterone tablet for 10 days and asked us to try for pregnancy. Is it a good sign to try for pregnancy? No free fluid even after rupture is possible? And it doesn't cause any problem for conception? Pls suggest.
