Hi Sir,I am a 24 year old male. Since my childhood, when I used to take breakfast in the morning, it causes barking cough and vomiting after I finish my food. I noticed this to be happen when I am in hurry, like I have my office starting from 9: 30 in the morning. But in the weekends or the other days when I do not have any schedule this doesn't happen. Everything works well. I met up a doctor where he prescribed me enzar forte, librax and nex pro as medicine. After completing the course for medicine I started taking junk food almost 3 days a week. I drink and smoke occasionally. After few days I felt something irritation happening in my stomach and the food I was having that time was not getting digested. Everyday acidity was forming. Suddenly one day I have seen blood in my stool, and the stool color was dark brown. And now the stool color and shape is getting changed everyday. Now I have stopped taking alcohol, smoke and junk food. My doctor told me to continue with the previous medicines those are mentioned above. I started taking it 2 days before. Acidity is not happening but after a bowel movement in a day I feel something is happening in my stomach and I feel light cramp in the rectum for a very short time. Can you please suggest me whether it is going to be alright? I have a mild hypertension and anxiety.
