Sir, I'm suffering severely from skin infection. In my both thigh below my testis reddish circle infection with violent sensation. I applied luliconazole cream with onabet sd lotion and tablets like dicey n other anti fungal tablets. But after a few days it once again appears violently. please suggest medicine.
