Hello, My B12 was 162 and d3 was 19 .I took injection vitneurin for b12 and vitanova for d3 5-5 each. After that now taking becozinc G tab (daily) and d3 sachet (once in a week. Today one month completed for this treatment. So how much time it will take to recover from b12 and d3 deficiency and for b12 ,5 injections are enough ?or should I start more injection for b12. Some tingling sensation, body weakness and somewhat dizziness is there. Pls help.
