Any lesion below the tongue could be benign, precancer or cancer. If cancer is detected early the chances of cure are higher. If you have any habits of using tobacco, supari or alcohol. It is better to show to a specialist who would examine you and if needed do a Biopsy of the same. I would be able to opine better if you could send me a clinical photograph of the same.
