Hi I'm 7 weeks pregnant, but in my sonography yolk sac and fetal pole not seen, cardiac activity is also absent, gestational sac seen, my doctor suggested me to take dubagest Sr 200 tablet, is there any thing serious, I'm so worried, please help me, n suggested me sonography after 10 days.
