Im 24 year old feeling pain in my lower abdomen CT scan say (enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes in paraumbilical and RIF largest size is 10 mm Likely infective etiology) mantoux test is border line and TB gold test is negative doctor advice me tuberculosis treatment 50 days of treatment is completed but pain still there I can't understand what I do please help me.
