Hi, I am seven months pregnant now. When I was 4 months pregnant my husband passed away. This is our first baby and we were married for 8 months. I am trying as much as possible to cope up and take care of my baby. I am very much concerned about the mental and physical fitness of the baby, now and in future. Since I am undergoing lot of stress, anxiety, depression, crying, I am scared about the baby. But as of now all check ups tell baby is fine. Will this affect my baby mentally in the future? Will it have any problems like asthma etc? Overall tell me if there would be any impact and how to overcome it. Please.

Worrying for the baby is the biggest worry When we realize things are not in our control, we should just let go. Your husband passing away was unfortunate but it was destined, not in anybody's control and post delivery you should adjust and probably change direction accordingly and look for your happiness Lastly. Just trust that the baby would be healthy and perfectly fine! take care.
